                by changing programs and making them run faster. For
                instance one report was taking 2 days (Saturday and
                Sunday) to run, after rewriting made that report to run in

             -  Developed application programs in PowerBuilder and
                ObjectView for Trouble Reports and Employee Records. These
                applications were calling C routines to massage the data
                that used to come from NYNEX databases, inserted data into
                Oracle database, used DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange) to transfer data
                between Microsoft Excel and application, and generated reports.
                Used Oracle as the back end database and ClearAccess as a report tool
                for the ObjectView projects. Trouble report application saved
                client's 48 working hours.
             -  Used Informix ESQL/ISQL to manipulate large sets of data on
                AT&T 3B2 UNIX systems also used Informix 4GL report
                utilities to design and implement report programs to
                client's specifications. Programmed in Escort to emulate
                the mainframe screen. Program used to get the information
                about thousands of circuit by getting into NYNEX databases
                such as TIRKS, LMOS, CIMAP, ICAB and ICRIS.
